Storytelling Presentation 9:30am July 15th, Drake Field

The summer reading program A Universe of Stories will continue through August 15th.   Family activities are held at the library on Thursday morning at 10:00 am, school age children gather at the library on Tuesday at 3:30 pm and at the Drake Field Recreation Program on Wednesday morning.  Special events include a Sun Watch with the NH Astronomical Society that will be held at 10:00 am on July 10th (rain date July 17th) at Drake Field; storytelling and book giveaway provided by the Children’s Literacy Foundation at 9:30 am on July 15th (rain location Blueberry Express Day Care); and messy art day at 1:00 pm on July 27th at the town pool.  With books and your imagination you can explore the universe!

The Chichester-Epsom-Pittsfield Memory Cafe will enjoy an Americana sing along of with pianist Nella Hobson at 2:00 pm on Monday July 8th at the Epsom Public Library.  Local caregivers and folks living with memory loss can come, relax and socialize in while enjoying refreshments.

The Book Worms will discuss Six of Crows by Leigh Barbugo at 6:30 pm on Tuesday July 9th.   Writer’s Circle will meet at 6:30 pm on Tuesday July 23rd, bring your writing to hone with local writers.   The adult book club will meet at 10:30 am on Tuesday July 23rd at the Pittsfield Senior Center to discuss The Indigo Girl by Natasha Boyd.  To join a book discussion you can pick up a book at the library.
